CERN Open Hardware Licence Version 2 - Strongly Reciprocal
Preamble
CERN has developed this licence to promote collaboration among
hardware designers and to provide a legal tool which supports the
freedom to use, study, modify, share and distribute hardware designs
and products based on those designs. Version 2 of the CERN Open
Hardware Licence comes in three variants: CERN-OHL-P (permissive); and
two reciprocal licences: CERN-OHL-W (weakly reciprocal) and this
licence, CERN-OHL-S (strongly reciprocal).
The CERN-OHL-S is copyright CERN 2020. Anyone is welcome to use it, in
unmodified form only.
Use of this Licence does not imply any endorsement by CERN of any
Licensor or their designs nor does it imply any involvement by CERN in
their development.
1 Definitions
1.1 'Licence' means this CERN-OHL-S.
1.2 'Compatible Licence' means
a) any earlier version of the CERN Open Hardware licence, or
b) any version of the CERN-OHL-S, or
c) any licence which permits You to treat the Source to which
it applies as licensed under CERN-OHL-S provided that on
Conveyance of any such Source, or any associated Product You
treat the Source in question as being licensed under
CERN-OHL-S.
1.3 'Source' means information such as design materials or digital
code which can be applied to Make or test a Product or to
prepare a Product for use, Conveyance or sale, regardless of its
medium or how it is expressed. It may include Notices.
1.4 'Covered Source' means Source that is explicitly made available
under this Licence.
1.5 'Product' means any device, component, work or physical object,
whether in finished or intermediate form, arising from the use,
application or processing of Covered Source.
1.6 'Make' means to create or configure something, whether by
manufacture, assembly, compiling, loading or applying Covered

1.7 'Available Component' means any part, sub-assembly, library or

1.8 'Complete Source' means the set of all Source necessary to Make
a Product, in the preferred form for making modifications,
including necessary installation and interfacing information
both for the Product, and for any included Available Components.
If the format is proprietary, it must also be made available in
a format (if the proprietary tool can create it) which is
viewable with a tool available to potential licensees and
licensed under a licence approved by the Free Software
Foundation or the Open Source Initiative. Complete Source need
not include the Source of any Available Component, provided that
You include in the Complete Source sufficient information to
enable a recipient to Make or source and use the Available
Component to Make the Product.
1.9 'Source Location' means a location where a Licensor has placed
Covered Source, and which that Licensor reasonably believes will
remain easily accessible for at least three years for anyone to
obtain a digital copy.
1.10 'Notice' means copyright, acknowledgement and trademark notices,
Source Location references, modification notices (subsection
3.3(b)) and all notices that refer to this Licence and to the

2 Applicability
2.1 This Licence governs the use, copying, modification, Conveying

4 Making and Conveying Products

5 Research and Development
You may Convey Covered Source, modified Covered Source or Products to

6.1 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY -- The Covered Source and any Products
are provided 'as is' and any express or implied warranties,
including, but not limited to, implied warranties of
merchantability, of satisfactory quality, non-infringement of
third party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose or use
are disclaimed in respect of any Source or Product to the
maximum extent permitted by law. The Licensor makes no
representation that any Source or Product does not or will not
infringe any patent, copyright, trade secret or other
proprietary right. The entire risk as to the use, quality, and
performance of any Source or Product shall be with You and not
the Licensor. This disclaimer of warranty is an essential part
of this Licence and a condition for the grant of any rights
granted under this Licence.
6.2 EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -- The Licensor shall, to
the maximum extent permitted by law, have no liability for
direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary,
punitive or other damages of any character including, without
limitation, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of
use, data or profits, or business interruption, however caused

7 Patents
7.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Licence, each
Licensor hereby grants to You a perpetual, worldwide,
non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as
stated in subsections 7.2 and 8.4) patent license to Make, have
Made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer
the Covered Source and Products, where such licence applies only
to those patent claims licensable by such Licensor that are
necessarily infringed by exercising rights under the Covered
Source as Conveyed by that Licensor.
7.2 If You institute patent litigation against any entity (including
a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the
Covered Source or a Product constitutes direct or contributory
patent infringement, or You seek any declaration that a patent
licensed to You under this Licence is invalid or unenforceable
then any rights granted to You under this Licence shall
terminate as of the date such process is initiated.
8 General
8.1 If any provisions of this Licence are or subsequently become
invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining
provisions shall remain effective.

abbreviations), image, or logo by which the Licensor or CERN is
known, except where needed to comply with section 3, or where

8.3 CERN may publish updated versions and variants of this Licence
which it considers to be in the spirit of this version, but may

without specifying a version, You may treat that Covered Source

terminated this Licence by giving You, while You remain in
breach, a notice specifying the breach and requiring You to cure
it within 30 days, and You have failed to come into compliance
in all material respects by the end of the 30 day period. Should
You repeat the breach after receipt of a cure notice and
subsequent reinstatement, this Licence will terminate
immediately and permanently. Section 6 shall continue to apply
after any termination.

information (including any configuration and
programming files and information about its
characteristics and interfaces) to enable it either to
be Made itself, or to be sourced and used to Make the
Product; or
ii) as part of the normal distribution of a tool used to
design or Make the Product.
1.8 'Complete Source' means the set of all Source necessary to Make
a Product, in the preferred form for making modifications,
including necessary installation and interfacing information
both for the Product, and for any included Available Components.
If the format is proprietary, it must also be made available in
a format (if the proprietary tool can create it) which is
viewable with a tool available to potential licensees and

7 Patents

8 General

<h2 id="what-is-the-unlicense">What is the Unlicense?</h2>
<p>The Unlicense is a template for <a href="https://cr.yp.to/publicdomain.html">disclaiming copyright monopoly interest</a> in software you've written; in other words, it is a template for dedicating your software to the <a href="http://stpeter.im/writings/essays/publicdomain.html">public domain</a>. It combines a copyright waiver <a href="http://ar.to/2010/01/dissecting-the-unlicense">patterned</a> after the <a href="https://www.sqlite.org/famous.html">very successful</a> public domain <a href="https://www.sqlite.org/">SQLite</a> project with the no-warranty statement from the widely-used <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIT_License">MIT/X11 license</a>.</p>
<h2 id="why-use-the-unlicense">Why Use the Unlicense?</h2>
<p>Because you have more important things to do than enriching lawyers or imposing petty restrictions on users of your code. How often have you passed up on utilizing and contributing to a great software library just because its <a href="http://www.opensource.org/">open source</a> license was not compatible with your own preferred <a href="http://www.opensource.org/licenses/alphabetical">flavor</a> of open source? How many precious hours of your life have you spent deliberating how to license your software or worrying about licensing compatibility with other software? You will never get those hours back, but here's your chance to start cutting your losses. Life's too short, let's get back to coding.</p>

<p>In a saner world, you would only need the first one or two paragraphs. For the time being you'll probably <a href="http://ar.to/2010/01/dissecting-the-unlicense">want to retain</a> the whole shebang. (You should feel free, though, to leave out the last line containing the link to this site, if that's your preference.)</p>
<p>You would traditionally put the above statement into a file named <code>COPYING</code> or <code>LICENSE</code>. However, to explicitly distance yourself from the whole concept of copyright licensing, we recommend that you put your unlicensing statement in a file named <a href="./UNLICENSE"><code>UNLICENSE</code></a>. Doing so also means that your project can more easily be found on e.g. <a href="https://github.com/search?q=path%3AUNLICENSE&amp;type=Code&amp;s=indexed">GitHub</a> or <a href="https://www.google.com/search?q=%22This+is+free+and+unencumbered+software+released+into+the+public+domain%22+site%3Abitbucket.org&amp;filter=0">Bitbucket</a>, enabling others to reuse your code in their own unencumbered public domain projects.</p>

It was purposely worded uniquely, which means that all the returned search results are likely to relate to the Unlicense in some way.</p>
<h2 id="unlicensing-contributions">Unlicensing Contributions</h2>
<p>In order to ensure your project remains completely free and unencumbered by anyone's copyright monopoly, it is advisable that you ask any major contributors to explicitly dedicate their code-base contributions to the public domain.</p>
<p>This removes any possible ambiguity as to what terms somebody might have thought they were contributing under, in case of a future dispute. These concerns are not unique to public domain software. Most large, established open-source projects have a Contributor License Agreement (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contributor_License_Agreement">CLA</a>) process, of varying degrees of formality.</p>
<p>At minimum, you might ask your contributors to accompany any <a href="https://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/maintain.html#Legally-Significant">non-trivial</a> patches with a simple statement like the following:</p>

<p>Better yet is to ask the major contributors to <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_signature">digitally sign</a> a more explicit copyright release (see an example <a href="./WAIVER"><code>WAIVER</code></a> file), and then to keep a record of such signatures in an <code>AUTHORS</code> file accompanying your software. Using <a href="https://www.gnupg.org/">GnuPG</a>, contributors can sign a copyright waiver file as follows:</p>

<p>Note that if a contributor makes significant changes or enhancements in his capacity as an employee of some formal organization, then the above may be insufficient and you would additionally need to ask for a copyright disclaimer signed by a company officer. The Free Software Foundation (FSF) also <a href="https://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/gpl-howto.html">provides an example</a> of a simple copyright disclaimer to be signed by an employer.</p>

# Pilzlicht - Die Myzellampe #
Pilzlicht ist eine - abseits der Lampenelektrik - biologisch abbaubare Stehlampe aus Biokompositmaterialien und Holz. Es wird ein Myzelmaterial für den Lampenschirm und CoRncrete für den Lampenfuß genutzt.
>Damit ist Pilzlicht ein guter Einstieg in das Experiementieren mit Biomaterialien im DIY und OpenHardware Bereich.
Pilze haben das Potenzial, ökologische, ökonomische und gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen zu bewältigen. Sie sind wahre Alleskönner, wenn es um Kreislaufwirtschaft geht. Als Recycler der Natur verwandeln sie Abfallprodukte in wertvolle Nahrung, potente Medizin und neuartige Werkstoffe, die Plastik oder Leder ersetzen können.
Etliche Startups und Organisationen haben dies erkannt und arbeiten mit Pilzkraft an nachhaltigen und zugleich wirtschaftlich zukunftsfähigen Visionen. Auch die FabLabs sollen Orte werden, an denen das Know-How für Pilzzucht weitervermittelt wird: Denn für die ersten Schritte braucht es weder teures Equipment noch viel Platz. Pilzzucht kann dezentralisiert in der Stadt - bereits am eigenen Küchentisch - beginnen. Zudem wird das Wissen rund um Pilze ständig von einer großen Community weiterentwickelt und als „Citizen Science“ frei verfügbar gemacht.
In unserem Workshop bzw. dieser Anleitung setzen wir den Fokus auf das Erforschen des Potenzials von Pilzmyzel als Material. Mit den Teilnehmenden werden wir an zwei Abenden nachhaltige und kostengünstige Lampen produzieren. Die Lampenschirme aus Pilzmyzel und der Fuß aus CoRncrete sind vollständig kompostierbar und aus einfachen Rohstoffen. Wir vermitteln grundsätzliches Know-How und regen die Experimentierfreude an, damit die ein oder anderen auch nach dem Workshop in die Welt der Pilz- und Biomaterialien eintauchen können.

# README-Struktur
## Beschreibung
Damit das Repository in seinem Inhalt und in seiner Struktur besonders schnell erfasst werden kann, werden hier die Qualitätsmerkmale beschrieben.
Die Readme-Struktur des [Fabulasers](https://github.com/fab-machines/Fabulaser-Mini) ist dabei eine gute Orientierung.
Innerhalb der README des Repos sollten in jedem Fall folgende Kategorien mit Inhalt gefüllt werden:
1. Kurzbeschreibung der OSH (analog "Katalogbeschreibung")
2. Bild(er) der OSH
3. Spezifikation/Features (Datenblatt-Information, Besonderheiten, ggf. Maße)

# A. Herstellung des Lampenschirms aus Myzelmaterial
### Pilzmaterial
Für dieses einfache Myzelmaterial nutzen wir holzzersetzende Pilze. Deren Pilzmyzel durchwächst das feuchte und saubere Material und verbindet es zu einem dichten Kompositmaterial, welches anschließend getrocknet wird und dann seine Form behält. Das Resultat erinnert an Styropor, es ist leicht und beständig, jedoch stoßempfindlich.
Wir nutzen den Reishi Pilz *(Ganoderma Lucidum)*, da er schnell und zuverlässig wächst und an Oberflächen mit Luftkontakt eine hübsche dicht-weiße Myzelschicht ausbildet.

### Grundsätzliches zur Arbeit mit Pilzen
In den letzten Jahren ist Pilzanbau und die Mykologie als Pilz-Wissenschaft aus einem professionellen Labor-Setting in die Küchen und Hobbyräume der Welt gewandert. In einer weltweiten Community an Pilzliebhaber:innen werden Methoden und Techniken zur Arbeit mit Pilzen entwickelt, die nicht auf teures Laborequipment angewiesen sind und auch unter simplen Bedingungen, teilweise am Küchentisch durchführbar sind. Diese Techniken werden ständig weiterentwickelt und +ber das Internet geteilt. So hat sich Mykologie zu einer Citizen Science entwickelt.
Die hier beschriebenen Techniken basieren auf unserem persönlichen Erfahrungswissen, sind von uns ausgewählt, lange erprobt und möglichst simpel gehalten, um einen leichten Einstieg in die Arbeit mit Myzelmaterial zu bieten. Bei Interesse finden sich etliche alternative Techniken und Verfeinerungen der Methoden.
Pilze sind Lebewesen und wie alles Lebendige hat auch die Arbeit mit Myzel Aspekte von Unvorhersehbarkeit und Unkontrollierbarkeit. Es zeigen sich Launen, Schwankungen und Misserfolge, vor allem durch Kontamination. Hier können Pilze gute Lehrerinnen in Gelassenheit sein. Eigentlich immer hilft es abzuwarten und im Zweiffelsfalle neu zu beginnen. Die angegebenen Wachstumszeiträume sind dementsprechend nur durchschnittliche Erfahrungswerte und dienen der groben Orientierung.
### Hygiene
Pilze sind mikrobielles Lebewesen, welche in Konkurrenz zu anderen Lebewesen, wie Pilzen, Bakterien, Schimmelpilzen, Hefen, etc. leben. Deshalb ist bei der Arbeit mit Myzelmaterial auf eine gute **Hygiene** zu achten, um Kontaminationen mit anderen unliebsamen Organismen zu verhindern.

- Arbeite in einem sauberen Raum mit frischer, keimarmer Luft, wenig Staub und einer sauberen, desinfizierten Arbeitsfläche.
- Nutze saubere Arbeitskleidung, Mund-Nasenschutzmaske, Einweghandschuhe und reichlich Desinfektionsmittel für jede Arbeit mit lebendem Myzel.
- Lass Getreidebrut und frisch gemischtes Bulkmaterial nur möglichst kurz mit Luftkontakt offen stehen.

#### Kontamination erkennen
Gesundes Myzel ist rein weiß und riecht angenehm pilzig. Es erinnert vom Aussehen an Camembert Käse. Bei Reishi verfärbt sich älteres Myzel auch Orange, Braun oder Ocker. Kontamination erkennst du an:
- Wachstum: Schimmelpilze wachsen oft sehr schnell und überholen so das Wachstum des gewünschten Myzels.
- Farben: Schimmelpilze sind oft Schwarz, Grün, Grau oder leuchtend Orange.
- Geruch: Ein süßlich-alkoholischer Geruch deutet auf Hefen hin. Ein muffiger oder 'verschimmelter' Gerucht auf den Befall mit anderen Pilzen oder Bakterien.
- Aussehen: Sieht das Material oder die Getreidebrut 'schleimig' oder 'nass' aus und durchwächst nicht, deutet das auf einen Befall mit Hefen hin.
- Insekten: Fruchtfliegen mögen das Material. Wenn sie nicht überhand nehmen, stören sie nicht weiter und verlieren nach der Trocknung auch das Interesse.
Kontaminierte Getreidebrut oder Bulkmaterial musst du leider entsorgen und neu geginnen.

### Phase 1 - Herstellung von Getreidebrut
Getreidebrut ist von Pilzmyzel durchwachsenes Getreide, das als Inkubationsstarter zur Beimpfung von größeren Materialmengen (Bulkmaterial) dient.
Für Myzelmaterial eignet sich Roggen oder Sittichfutter (welches vor allem Hirse enthält). _Hirsekörner erscheinen u.U. später als kleine Punkte braune im Material._ Das Getreide wird in Gläser gefüllt und bei 120°C für 75 Minuten sterilisiert. Dadurch werden alle Keime im Glas getötet, so dass unser gewünschter Pilz freie Bahn hat sich im Getreide auszubreiten. Zur Gewährleistung einer keimarmen Umgebung bei der Beimpfung, nutzen wir eine 'Still Air Box'.

- Gläser mit Deckel (mindestens 600ml)

#### Ablauf
__Getreide vorbereiten__
1a. Roggen waschen und am besten über Nacht in Wasser einweichen lassen. Dies verringert die Kochzeit und das Kontaminationsrisiko. Den Roggen dann mit frischem Wasser köcheln lassen, bis er 'al dente' ist. (25-45 Minuten) Es dürfen weder viele Körner aufgeplatz sein, noch darf er zu hart sein. Alternativ:
1b. Das Sittichfutter waschen und in der doppelten Menge Wasser ca.20 Minuten köcheln lassen. Die Hirse sollte ebenfalls 'al dente' sein.
3. Wasser abgießen und die Körner etwas trocknen lassen. Sie sollten sowohl gut mit Wasser vollgesogen sein, als auch nicht zusammen kleben.
__Gläser vorbereiten__
> Gläser nur zu 2/3 befüllen
1. Stich mit einem Nagel o.ä. ein Loch in die Deckel. Durch das Loch stopf etwas Aquarienfilterwatte. _Dies ermöglicht einen Gasaustausch sowohl während der Sterilisation, als auch während der Durchwachsphase der Getreidebrut. Gleichzeitig hält die Watte Kontamination draussen. Die Watte muss dicht, aber noch beweglich sein._
3. Fülle die Gläser jeweils zu maximal __nur 2/3 mit Getreide__. Der Platz muss frei bleiben, damit die Körner im Glas später durchgeschüttelt werden können.
4. Deckel drauf und mit einem Stück Alufolie abdecken.
__Sterilisieren__
> 75 Minuten bei 120°C sterilisieren
1. Den Schnellkochtopf entsprechend der Anleitung in Betrieb nehmen und die Gläser ab der Erreichung der Betriebstemperatur von 120°C oder 15 PSI (oft Stufe 2) für 75 Minuten sterilisieren.
2. Die Gläser gut abkühlen lassen, bis sie unter 30°C und 'handwarm' sind.
3. Die Gläser gut durchschütteln, damit sich die Körner auflockern.
__Beimpfen der Gläser__

Dieser Schritt ist höchst kontaminationsanfällig. Achte in höchstem Maße auf [Hygiene](#Hygiene). Reinige und Desinfiziere alle Arbeitsutensilien, deine Hände und die Arbeitsfläche. Warte bis alles trocken ist. Nutze Handschuhe und Maske.

Für diesen Schritt arbeiten wir mit einer __Still Air Box (SAB)__. Dies ist eine große Plastikbox, die mit der Öffnung nach unten auf der Kante einer sauberen Arbeitsfläche steht. In ihr wird gearbeitet, indem von unten die Hände über die Tischkante eingeführt werden. In ihr lässt sich relativ sauber arbeiten, weil sie Lufteintrag und damit Kontaminationseintrag minimiert und sich gut desinfizieren lässt.
1. Stelle alle benötigten Utensilien in die SAB.
2. Sprühe nun quer durch die SAB Desinfektionsmittel. Dies hat den Sinn, dass schwebende Partikel vom Desinfektionsmittel erfasst werden und zu Boden sinken.
3. Nach 3 Minuten Wartezeit kannst du in der SAB arbeiten
#### Beimpfen der Gläser
> Arbeite zügig und sauber. Nutze reichlich Desinfektionsmittel.
- Bei __Flüssigkultur__ injiziere 2-4ml mit einer sauberen Spritze und Nadel durch die Filterwatte hindurch in das Glas an zwei verschiedenen Stellen, so dass die herunterlaufende Flüssigkeit am Glas sichtbar ist. _So ist das Wachstum besser zu beobachten_
- Bei einer Kultur auf __Petrischale__: Desinfiziere ein Skalpel und öffne die Petrischale möglichst wenig, aber genug um zu arbeiten. Schneide ein kleines Stück der Kultur heraus und wirf es in das Getreideglas. Verschließe das Glas und die Petrischale möglichst rasch wieder. GGf. schütteln damit das Agar-Stück gut in Kontakt mit dem Getreide ist.
- Bei vorhandener __Getreidekultur__: Lockere das durchwachsene Getreide und schütte etwas davon zügig in das zu beimpfende Glas. Schließe rasch die Gläser wieder.
Setze die Alufolienkappe wieder auf. Beschrifte die Gläser. Fertig.
### Phase 2 - Durchwachsphase der Getreidebrut
Lass die Gläser an einem __warmen und dunklen Ort bei idealerweise 24°C__ für ca. __eine Woche__ durchwachsen. Nach ein paar Tagen kontrolliere die Gläser auf [Kontamination](#Kontamination-erkennen). Du solltest auch Myzelwachstum feststellen können. Wenn du größer als Daumennagel große Myzelstücke erkennst, kannst du die Gläser __gut durchschütteln__. Damit verteilst du das Myzel gleichmäßig im Glas und beschleunigst das Durchwachsen erheblich.
### Phase 3 Herstellung des Bulkmaterials
In dieser Phase wird ein Substrat aus minderwertigen, nährstoffarmen Biomaterial hergestellt in das der Pilz weiter wachsen kann. Das Substrat wird pasteurisiert um Keime abzutöten und um für eine gute Feuchtigkeit des Materials zu sorgen. Die Getridebrut dient dabei zum einen als Inkubationsstarter, denn die vielen kleine Getreidekörner sind Ausgangspunkt der Besiedelung des neuen Materials. Zum anderen bietet das Getreide dem Pilz Kohlenhydrate, die er zum wachsen benötigt.
Wir skizzieren hier zwei Varianten des Bulkmaterials, eine mit Strohpellets und eine mit Leinenstroh.

### Phase 3A - Herstellung des Bulkmaterials aus Leinenstroh
Leinenstroh oder andere minderwertige biologische Materialien, wie Hanfschäben, Stroh, etc. werden mit heißem, aber nicht kochendem Wasser für ca. 60 Minuten pasteurisiert.
#### Material
- großer Topf
- Herdplatte
- Thermometer
- Leinstroh (mindestens 500g)
- Wäschenetz oder Kopfkissenbezug
- Growbag
- Klebeband, Klammern oder Folienschweißgerät
- vitale Reishi Getreidebrut (mind. 300g)
#### Ablauf
> bei 70-80°C ca. eine Stunde pasteurisieren
1. Reinige und Desinfiziere alle Arbeitsutensilien, deine Hände und die Arbeitsfläche. Warte bis alles trocken ist.
2. Erhitze genügend Wasser auf 70-80°C
3. Fülle das Leinenstroh in den Wäschesack und dann in den Topf mit Wasser. Lass den Topf auf der Herdplatte
4. Das Stroh muss für 60 Minuten untergetaucht sein, beschwere ggf. den Sack mit einem Gewicht. Prüfe ab und zu, dass die Temperatur auch weiterhin zwischen 70-80°C liegt.
5. Lass das Stroh gut austropfen und abkühlen. Es darf nicht über 30°C haben und es darf kein Wasser mehr heraustropfen.
6. Schütte das Stroh und die Getreidebrut in den Growbag und verschließe ihn luftdicht mit Tape, Klammern oder dem Folienschweißgerät. Nun kannst du den Growbag mischen indem du ihn von Aussen knetest. Brich dabei die Getreidebrut auf, so dass sich die Körner einzeln und gleichmäßig im Stroh verteilen.
> Gut ist ein Körnerbrut : Materialgemisch von höchstens 1:5
### Phase 3 - Herstellung des Bulkmaterials aus Strohpellets
#### Material
- vitale Reishi Getreidebrut (mindestens 300g)
- Strohpellets (500g)
- Wasserkocher oder Topf
- Wasser (ca. 1100ml)
- Messbecher
- Topf oder hitzebeständiger Eimer mit Deckel
- Growbag
- Klebeband, Klammern oder Folienschweißgerät
#### Ablauf
1. Reinige und Desinfiziere alle Arbeitsutensilien, deine Hände und die Arbeitsfläche. Warte bis alles trocken ist.
2. Miss 1 Volumen Strohpellets ab - für den Lampenschirm nutzen wir 500g - und fülle die Pellets in den großen Topf bzw. Eimer.
3. Miss 1 1/3 Volumen an Wasser ab (800ml) und bring es zum kochen. Gib das kochende Wasser zu den Pellets in den Topf und setz den Deckel auf.
> 1 Volumen Strohpellets + 1 1/3 Volumen kochendes Wasser
5. Nach 15 Minuten rühre mit dem sauberen großen Löffel gut um, damit das Material gleichmäßig durchzieht.
6. Sobald das Material auf unter 30° abgekühlt ist, bzw. wenn es handwarm ist und du es gut anfassen kannst, kannst du es in den Growbag kippen.
7. Kippe die Getreidebrut dazu und verschließe rasch den Growbag luftdicht mit Tape, Klammern oder dem Folienschweißgerät. Nun kannst du den Growbag mischen indem du ihn von Aussen knetest. Brich dabei die Getreidebrut auf, so dass sich die Körner einzeln und gleichmäßig im Stroh verteilen.
> Gut ist ein Körnerbrut : Materialgemisch von höchstens 1:5
### Phase 4 - Anwachsphase des Materials im Beutel
In dieser Phase hat das Myzel Zeit, ausgehend von den Getreidekörnern, das Bulkmaterial zu besiedeln. Der Growbag bietet dem Prozess schutz vor Kontamination und durch den integrierten Filter Luftaustausch.
Stell den Growbag zum anwachsen an einen __dunklen und warmen Ort.__ Die ideale Temperatur beträgt __24°C.__
_Die Temeratur darf 30°C nicht übersteigen. Bei niedrigeren Temperaturen wächst das Myzel langsamer bis es unter ca. 14°C das Wachstum nahezu komplett einstellt._
Nach __3 - 4 Tagen__ sollte sich das Myzel schon etwas im Material ausgebreitet, du solltest überall verteilt weißes Myzel sehen.
Kontrolliere auf [Kontamination](#Kontamination-erkennen) und stelle sicher, dass das Material gleichmäßig angewachsen ist. Falls dies nicht so ist, kannst du den Beutel im geschlossenen Zustand nochmal durchgeknetet werden und einige Tage weiter beobachtet werden.
Lässt du das Myzel länger als 4 Tage durchwachsen, bilden sich Myzelklumpen, die zunehmends fester und schwerer auseinander zu brechen sind und so den weiteren Prozess erschweren.
### Phase 5 - Befüllen der Form mit Myzelmaterial
#### Material
- Form (Styroporhalbkugel oder Metallschüssel)
- Growbag mit angewachsenem Myzelmaterial
- Desinfektionsmittel und Handschuhe
- Frischhaltefolie
- Kreppband oder Klebeband
- Wassersprühflasche
- Esslöffel und Mehl
1. Reinige und Desinfiziere alle Arbeitsutensilien, deine Hände und die Arbeitsfläche. Warte bis alles trocken ist. Achte auf [Hygiene](#Hygiene) und nutze Handschuhe, sowie eine Mund-Nasenschutzmaske.
2. Gib 3 EL Mehl zu dem Material in den Growbag. Dies verbessert die Konsistenz und hilft bei der weiteren Verarbeitung. (optional)
4. Knete den Growbag gut durch, locker das Material und etwaige Klumpen auf.
5. Um dein Objekt ohne Probleme auch wieder aus der Form zu bekommen. Lege die Form mit Frischhaltefolie aus, diese ist nahezu steril auf der Rolle. Befeuchte dazu die Form zuerst mit ein paar Sprühstößen Wasser. Damit klebt die Folie an der Form. Sichere die Folie mit dem Krepp- oder Klebeband vor Verrutschen.
6. Desinfiziere nochmal deine Hände bzw. die Handschuhe, warte bis sie trocken sind.
7. Fülle das Myzelmaterial in die Form und verteile es gleichmäßig in der Form. Presse das Material möglichst fest und dicht an. Modelliere die gewünschte Form, denn die Materialverteilung wirst du später nicht mehr ändern können.
8. Spanne Frischhaltefolie über deine Form, achte darauf dass genug Luft eingeschlossen ist und sie das Material nicht berührt. Sichere sie auch mit dem Kreppband.
### Phase 6 - Durchwachsphase des Materials in der Form
Gib dem Pilz nun mindestens __7 Tage__ Zeit das Material gut zu durchwachsen. An einem [dunklen und warmen Ort mit 24°C.](#Phase-4---Anwachsphase-des-Materials-im-Beutel)
_Bei weniger Zeit ist das Material noch instabil. Bei mehr Zeit wird das Material besser druchwachsen. Evtl. treten natürliche Verfärbungen auf oder das Myzel wandert und bildet Auswüchse. Nach 4 Wochen kann der Pilz sogar Fruchtkörper bilden, was ästhetisch sehr spannend und gewünscht sein kann._

### Phase 7 - Wachstumsphase ausserhalb der Form
Der Pilz, vor allem Reishi, bildet an der Oberfläche mit Luftkontakt eine schöne weiße Myzelschicht. Damit diese auch auf dem kompletten Myzelobjekt entsteht, muss das Objekt noch ein paar Tage ausserhalb der Form weiterwachsen.
_Hygiene ist hier nicht mehr so wichtig wie, in den vorherigen Phasen. Da das Myzel das Objekt schon vollständig besiedelt hat und es Kontamination gut abwehren kann. Aber Vorsicht:_

Stülpe dazu das Objekt aus der Form auf eine Unterlage in die große Plastiktasche. So dass nun die andere Seite oben ist. Entferne die Frischhaltefolie und verschließe die Tüte mit dem Kreppband luftdicht. Achte darauf, dass die Tasche das Objekt nicht berührt.
Nach __3 Tagen__ sollte sich an allen Stellen mit Luftkontakt eine schöne weiße an Camombert erinnernde Myzelschicht gebildet haben.
### Phase 8 - Trocknen des Objekts
Durch das __Trocknen im Backofen bei 70°C__ wird das Myzel abgetötet und das Objekt stabil. Empfehlenswert ist es in einigen Etappen von je 1-2 Stunden zu trocknen und zwischendrin ein paar Stunden oder Tage Zeit zu lassen, damit sich die Feuchtigkeit im Objekt verteilen kann.
Es ist auch möglich das Objekt ohne Backofen an der Luft trocknen zu lassen. Dann bildet das Myzel manchmal jedoch einen weißen 'Staub' auf dem Objekt.

## B. Vorbereitung des Lampenstiels
Der Lampenstiel besteht aus einem Rundstab von Ø 28cm und 190 cm Länge. Für die Kabelführung hat er eine 7mm Nut auf voller Länge.
### Material
- Kappsäge, Japansäge o.ä.
- Oberfräse mit 6-8 mm Nutfräse
- Klemmen, Zwingen
- Maßband
### Ablauf
1. Kürzen des Stabes auf 190 cm
2. Sägen eines weiteren 15 cm Abschnittes.
3. Arretieren des Stabes auf einer Arbeitfläche mit Schraubzwingen o.ä.
4. Fräsen einer 6-8 mm breite Nut auf der kompletten Länge des Stabes für die Führung des Kabels. Die Tiefe an die Maße des Lampenkabels anpassen.
5. Für die Halterung des Lampenschirmes wird auf der Rückseite bei 50 cm ein 8 mm und ca. 1 cm tiefes Loch gebohrt und ein 8 mm Holzdübel reingesteckt. Der überstehende Dübel sichert den Lampenschirm vor Abrutschen.

## D. Installation der Elektrik und Fertigstellung der Lampe
1. Zwei 26 mm Ø Löcher in den Lampenschirm bohren, damit der Stiel durchgeführt werden kann.
2. Der Stecker der Lampenfassung wird durch das untere Loch, von innen nach aussen geführt.
3. Das Kabel in der Nut des Stiels verstauen und den Stiel durch den Lampenschirm stecken.
4. Lampenfassung mit dem Klett-Kabelbinder befestigen und Leuchtmittel einsetzen.
5. Das Kabel in der Nut wird mit 10 mm Tackernadeln gesichert
6. Zuletzt muss Stiel nur noch in den Lampenfuß..
7. Fertig!
